I’m Heather Kinzie.
I’m a Human Resources Professional 24/7. I don’t know too many great HR Professionals who ever really “clock out” at 5:00 pm!
However, I’m more than just an HR Professional.
I’m a small business owner - founder of A Leading Solution and co-owner of SoYo Yogurt Shoppe.
I’m also a friend, a neighbor, and a volunteer.
Above all, I’m a mom, a sister, and a daughter.
The hats I wear aren’t always pretty and trust me when I say they don’t all fit on my big head at the same time! Nonetheless, they are my hats and I wear them with pride.
My friends recently told me that my various activities are simply what I do; however, they do not define me! My friends gently reminded me that it is my life experiences, my thoughts, my goals and my aspirations that define who I am.
